On Sunday, April 8, 2012 a beautiful Angel, Sherri L. Pavlo, entered into heaven after a long courageous battle with ovarian cancer. She was born in Bethlehem on September 28, 1965 the daughter of the late Joseph and Marie Dougherty Kunie.
Sherri was the loving wife of Thomas Pavlo they celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary this past June.
Sherri worked as a medical assistant for various physician groups in the Lehigh Valley. She was a master gardener, loved reading, camping in the Poconos beach and traveling, Flea Markets, Antiquing and was and avid fan of the Iron Pigs. Sherri was an inspiration to all and enjoyed life.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Thomas J. Pavlo of Bethlehem; mother-in-law, Anna Pavlo, brother-in-law, Joseph Pavlo of Bethlehem; sisters-in-law, Catherine Policare of Vera Beach, FL; Regina Richter and her husband, Michael of Whitehall; sister, Kim Klaus,
nieces and nephews, Kristen and Patty, Maria and Joseph Pavlo and Stephen and Anthony Richter, she will also be dearly missed by her dog, Grimmy.
Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held, Friday, April 13, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Ss. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, 730 West Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018. Visitation will be held on Thursday evening from
6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and again on Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem.
Memorials may be made to the St. Luke's Cancer Center, 801 Ostrum St.,
Bethlehem, PA 18015.
