Shirley H. Peterson

Shirley H. Peterson, 82, of Bethlehem, died on Sunday, August 18, 2013. She was born in Hartford, CT, daughter of the late Raymond and Elizabeth (Weiss) Hayes. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Donald C. Peterson.

She was a former tax collector for Franklin Township, Hunterdon County and an administration assistant for Specialty Building Systems.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Donald; daughter, Lori, wife of Allen Wilson; 5 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; and daughter-in-law, Krystyna Peterson. She was predeceased by her son, Craig D. Peterson, who died in 2001; and her brothers, Earl and Raymond Hayes.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Connell Funeral Home, Bethlehem. All services are private.
