Stanley J. Jones

Stanley “Joe” Jones, 71, of Bethlehem Twp., passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2015. He was born in Bethlehem; son of Eleanor (Wensel) Jones and the late Morris Jones. Joe was employed by the Bethlehem Steel Corporation and was also a self-taught electrician. He was an avid outdoorsman with a passion for hunting and fishing, and a U.S. Army Veteran having served during the Korean Conflict.

He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Tammy Jones; mother, Eleanor; grandchildren: Jesenia, Jordan, Gabriella and Logan; siblings, Robert Jones and Susan Sandor; and his beloved Pomeranians, Gabby and Molly. He was predeceased by his brother, Ronald “Rabbit” Jones.

Viewing hours will be held in the Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 4 to 7 p.m. A 7 p.m. funeral service will follow, in the funeral home.
