Stanley J. Maga

Stanley J. Maga, Jr. 87, of Fountain Hill, died on Sunday, August 10, 2014 at Holy Family Manor. He was born in Mocanaqua, PA, Luzerne County, son of the late Stanley J. Maga, Sr. and Jennie (Dombrowski) Maga. He was the loving husband of the late Dolores (Sarr) Maga.

Stanley worked 40 years for Bethlehem Steel as a car blocker. He served his country as a fire rescuer during WWII in the U.S. Army Air Force.

He will be lovingly remembered by his son, Kevin Maga of Bethlehem; his daughter, Pattie,(wife of Jake Badorf of Lancaster); three granddaughters, five great grandchildren and his brother Chester Maga. He was preceded in death by his son, Stanley J. Maga, III and his brother Anthony Maga.

A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 23 at 11:30 a.m at Holy Saviour Cemetery, 2575 Linden St. Bethlehem.
