Stanley M. Kovitch

Stanley M. Kovitch, 80, of Bethlehem, died Saturday, February 2, 2008 at Hospice House of the VNA of St. Luke's in Bethlehem.

Born March 22, 1927 in Bethlehem he was the son of the late Sophie Kosowkowski and Michael Kovitch.

Stanley worked at the Bethlehem Steel. He was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Bethlehem, where he was also a pierogie volunteer. Stanley enjoyed working on cars, sports especially the Eagles, and working around the yard at home.

He will be lovingly remembered by his sister, Gladys Roman with whom he resided with in Bethlehem, brothers; Anthony Kovitch of Georgia and Joseph Kovitch of Bethlehem. He will also be missed by several nieces and nephews.



He was preceded in death by his sister Josephine Mosko.

SERVICES

A viewing will be held on Monday February 11, 2008 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA. A service will be held in the funeral home at 10:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Stanislaus Catholic Chruch 429 Hayes St. Bethlehem, PA 18015 at 11:00 AM.

Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
