Stephanie A. Tomko, 67, of Bethlehem Township died on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. She was born on December 1, 1953, the daughter of the late Catherine (Danko) and Ralph Campanella. She was the loving wife of the late Frank J. Tomko, Jr.
Stephanies world was her family. She cared for and loved them with all of her heart, but her grandson, Justin, was her true pride and joy. Stephanie enjoyed working with children at St. Annes School as the Director of Religious Education. She also cared for the disabled at The Arc of Northampton and Lehigh Counties, and on the board of the Spina Bifida Association of the Lehigh Valley. Cooking, baking and watching the Food Network nightly brought Stephanie great joy.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Michelle Wetterling and her husband, Joseph; sister, Donna DeMatos; grandson, Justin Wetterling; nieces, Emily Earlston, Laura Whitesel, Marianne Gorski and Jaclyn Murray and nephew, Stephen DeMatos. Stephanie was preceded in death by her beloved son, Frank J. Tomko, III.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at St. Annes Catholic Church 450 Washington Ave. Bethlehem, PA 18017. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12 p.m. in the church. Entombment will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
