Stephanna Melinsky

Stephanna Melinsky, 96, of Bethlehem, died on September 1, 2014. She was born October 14, 1917; daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Fekszej) Kwiatek. Stephanna was preceded in death by her husband, Louis A. Melinsky.

Stephanna dedicated her life to her family and will be dearly missed by her sons, Louis C. Melinsky and his wife, Winnie, of Emmaus and Thomas Kwiatek and his wife, Louise of Bethlehem; son-in-law, Stephen Geitz, husband of the late Mary Ann Geitz, of Bethlehem; grandchildren, Melissa Geitz; Denise Jennings and her husband, Dennis; Alison Sweeney and her husband, Sean; Meredith Lockyer and her husband, Geoff and Morgan Burkhardt and his wife, Katie and great grandchildren, Jack and Julia Jennings and Colin Sweeney. She was predeceased by her brothers, Henry and Sigmund; and her sister, Frances. Stephanna was also a devoted parishioner of St. Annes Catholic Church.

A visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at The Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 AM on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at St. Annes Catholic Church, 450 Washington Ave. Bethlehem, PA 18017. Burial will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
