Stephen J. Sandor

Stephen J. Sandor, 75, of Bethlehem passed away unexpectedly Sunday, October 28, 2018 in his home. Born January 4, 1943 he was the son of the late Stephen A. and Mary I. (Valli) Sandor. He was married to Nancy Jean (Kananen) Sandor for 40 years until her death on June 14, 2017.

Stephen worked and retired as an inspector from Bethlehem Steel. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy on the USS Boxer (LPH-4). He was a member of the Hellertown Sportsmans Association. In his free time he was an avid gardener, hunter and loved to travel.

He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Alissa Day wife of Michael, son, Jeremy Sandor and fianc, Rhonda Phillips, grandchildren, Skye and Nevin and great grandson, Fynn. He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Sandor.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
