Stephen Kohut

Stephen Kohut, 84, of Bethlehem, died Tuesday February 19, 2008. Born, November 17, 1923, in Bethlehem; he was the son of the late Metro and Anna Billetz Kohut. He was the husband of the late Beatrice Schreiber Kohut.

Stephen was employed by the Bethlehem Police Department from 1959 to 1988, and retired as a Captain. From 1947 to 1959 he had worked as an installer for Western Electric. He was veteran of the Navy having served during WWII. He was a member of the Bethlehem F.O.P. Star Lodge # 20.

He will be lovingly remembered by: daughter, Patricia Kudlak and her husband Robert of Allentown; grandson, Robert Kudlak and his wife Daneen of Laurys Station, PA; grandson, Barry Kudlak of Huntington Beach, CA; great grandchildren, Jordan and Brett of Laury's Station and Corrine and Danielle of Huntington Beach.
