Stephen R. Gregus, Sr.

Stephen R. Gregus, Sr., 83, of Forks Twp., died on Saturday, August 08, 2015. He was born February 8, 1932 in Bethlehem; son of the late Alexander and Mary (Stern) Gregus.

Stephen worked as a butcher for over 36 years, first with Falks Food Basket and later retiring from Laneco. He was a member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Nazareth. Stephen enjoyed traveling in his RV in the summer as well as fishing and hunting.

Stephen will be dearly missed by his wife of over 50 years, Joan F. (Lynn) Gregus of Forks Twp.; his son, Stephen R. Gregus, Jr. and his wife, Melissa of Northampton and his daughter, Brenda Casciole and her husband Len of Wilson Borough; sister, Elizabeth Balash of Bethlehem; three grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Paul, Alexander, John, Joseph and William.



A visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. with a service to immediately follow on Thursday, August 13, 2015 all at The Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. Burial will be held at Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
