Susan H. Geiger

Susan H. Geiger, 84, of Bethlehem, died Friday July 9, 2010 at Gracedale. Born on October 20, 1925 in Williams Township, she was the daughter of the late William and Hilda Anderson Schneider. She was the wife of Robert Geiger, they celebrated their 62nd anniversary in June.

She was a member of St. Luke's Old Williams Lutheran Church, Hellertown where she was very active. She was a member of the Lioness Club, YWCA Junior Wives and was an avid card player.

She is survived by her husband, Robert of Bethlehem; son, Craig and wife Marilyn of Lower Nazareth; daughter, Patricia Yancy and husband, Dennis, of Mechanicsburg, PA; brother, George Schneider of Myerstown, PA; three grandchildren, Doug Geiger and wife Adria, Tiffany and Tara Hallowell, and one great-grandson, Cole Geiger.

She was preceded in death by her son, Robert, daughter, Susan, two sisters and four brothers.

Services: A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 11 a.m. at St. Luke's Old Williams Lutheran Church 20 Church Rd. Hellertown 18055. Visitation will be held, Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 and again on Wednesday from 10-11 am in the church.

Burial will follow at Bethlehem Memorial Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the church or Hospice of the VNA of St. Luke's 1510 Valley Center Parkway, Suite 200, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
