Susan Supak

Susan Pivarnik Supak, 85, formerly of Linden, Edison and North Brunswick, NJ, died Monday, October 25, 2010, at her home in Bethlehem, PA.

She was born May 4, 1925 in Palin, Czechoslovakia; the daughter of the late George and Barbara Sakac Pivarnik. She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, George Michael Supak.

Susan, a 1943 graduate of Linden High School, earned her associates degree in Business Administration from Middlesex County College in 1979. She worked as a Tax Assessor for North Brunswick, NJ and Spotswood, NJ until her retirement in 1992.

Susan enjoyed being a member of the Franklin Twp, NJ High-Steppers from 1998-2006.

Susan will be lovingly remembered by her son, Glenn Supak and his wife, Beverly of Columbus, OH; daughter, Holly Maxwell and her husband, Dave of Bethlehem Twp, PA and her sisters Mary Stanley Edward, of Longwood, FL and Jeannie Grabill Arvin of Boca Raton, FL. Susan was predeceased by her sister Anne Domozych. She will also be dearly missed by her grandchildren, Glenda Stephens Shane; Mark Supak Nikki; Ryan Maxwell Kaitlyn; Megan

Maxwell and Katie Maxwell; two great-grandsons, Cayden and Julian Stephens; her cousin Ann Leistman Ed and the many more friends and relatives that her life has touched.

Arrangements are being handled by Connell Funeral Home, Inc., 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA where the

family will receive friends from 7-9 PM on Thursday, October 28, 2010. Another viewing will be held Friday morning at Calvin Presbyterian Church 128 Arthur St., Linden, NJ 07036 from 10:30-11 AM with a funeral service immediately following at 11 AM in the church. Interment will be held at Rosedale Memorial Park, Linden, NJ
