Susanna Mamay

Susanna Beno Mamay, 95, of Bethlehem, PA died Saturday, December 13, 2008 at Phoebe Richland Health Center in Richlandtown, PA.

Born April 27, 1913 in Slovakia she was the daughter of the late Maria Dzurko and Joseph Beno. She was married to her late husband Stephen Mamay.

Susanna worked her entire life as a domestic house keeper. She was a member of Incarnation of Our Lord's Parish, the former Ss. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in Bethlehem. She was also a member of the Ladies PA Slovak Catholic Union.

Susanna will be lovingly remembered by her daughters; Mary Ford of Bethlehem and Catherine wife of Louis Repyneck of Hellertown, son, Stephen Mamay, Jr. and wife Sandra of Hellertown. She will also be remembered by 5 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 niece.

Susanna was preceded in death by 5 sisters and 1 brother.

SERVICES

A viewing will be held at Incarnation of Our Lord's Parish, 617 Pierce St. Bethlehem, PA 18015 on Tuesday, December 16, 2008 from 9-10 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM. Arrangements Connell Funeral Home, Inc.

Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, in Bethlehem.

Memorial contributions may be made in Susanna's name to the church.
