Suzanne H. (Griffiths) Diamandopoulos, 78, of Bethlehem, died on Saturday, April 8, 2017. She was born February 14, 1939 in Coaldale, PA; daughter of the late Robert and Suzanne (Kulick) Griffiths. Suzanne was the devoted wife of 49 years to the late Dimitri E. Diamandopoulos.

Suzanne attended both University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and Philadelphia General Hospital School of Nursing. Upon earning her degree and becoming a registered nurse, Suzanne worked for the Public Health Department of Philadelphia and later as a visiting nurse. She is a member of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral, Bethlehem. Suzanne enjoyed the stock market and was a member of an investment club. She was also a former member of the Junior League. Suzanne loved spending time with her family and traveling with her husband.

Suzanne will be dearly missed by her son, Dimitri E. Diamandopoulos, Jr. and his wife, Kathy of Whitehall; her sister, Helen Schwartz and her husband, Howard of Pinehurst, NC; brothers, Robert Griffiths, Jr. and his wife, Kathy of Emmaus; and Joseph Griffiths and his wife, Karen of Zionsville; and several nieces and nephews.

The Connell Funeral Home is honored to assist in arrangements. A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017 from 12-1 p.m. at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 1607 W. Union Blvd. Bethlehem, PA 18018 with a Funeral Service to follow at 1 p.m. Entombment will be held at Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
