Sylvia Heredia

Sylvia Heredia, 56, of Macungie, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022, at Lehigh Valley HospitalCedar Crest.

Born on November 1, 1965, she was a daughter of the late Arsenio and Christina (Echevarria) Heredia.

A graduate of Caesar Rodney High Schools Class of 1984, Sylvia went on to earn her associates degree in secretarial science administration and clinical specialist from Allentown Business School.

Following her formal education, she worked as a medical assistant in the Lehigh Valley, then moved into a position as an administrative assistant for Playtex in Delaware.

Outside of work, Sylvia loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed reading and had a strong interest in ancestral research.

Sylvia will be lovingly remembered by her daughter: Jessica Quinones and her fiance, Wlendy Caban-Ayla; one son: Michael Quinones and his wife, Michelle; six grandchildren: Damian Dale Sipple, Isabella Alexandra Caban, Sonia Serena Caban, Jiselle Nicole Caban; Michael Luis Quinones, Jr., and Mia Grace Quinones; as well as seven sisters: Margarita Rosado, Madeline Matthews, Luz Heredia, Rosario Rivera, Marta Loaiza, Olga Heredia, and Diana Mihalyak

Services will be private.
