Theodore E. Trone

Theodore E. Trone, 86. of Bethlehem, died on Saturday, February 22, 2020 with his loving family by his side. He was born October 15, 1933 in Fountain Hill, the son of the late Theodore and Alice (Leary) Trone.



Theodore will be remembered as a good, hardworking man who loved his family very much. He was determined, always up for having fun, and was extremely social. Theodore could often be found talking with the other residence of his building. He enjoyed models, trains, working on cars, and fishing.

Theodore was proud to dedicate 16 years of his life to serving the citizens of Bethlehem Township as a police officer. During that time, he also participated in the Jaycees and Toys for Tots.

He will be dearly missed by his daughter, Margaret Wert and fianc, Erv Fetherman; son, Ted Trone and wife, Pam; daughter, Karen Reese and husband, John; and daughter, Patti Kratzer and partner, Charles Robinson. Theodore had a special bond with his grandchildren, Joshua Wert, Kellie Soltis, Nick Trone, Keith Kratzer, and Krista Kratzer and great grandchildren, Logan and Lucas Wert, and Jaden Soltis. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Marion and Betty.



A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Please meet at the Airport Rd. entrance of the cemetery.
