Theodore Kozak, 89, of Bethlehem, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at his home. He was born in Bethlehem, the son of the late Wasyl and Sophie (Radon) Kozak.
Theodore worked at Bethlehem Steel as a machinist for 42 years. He served his country during World War II in the U.S. Army. He was a member of St. Josaphat Ukrainian Catholic Church.
He will be lovingly remembered by his niece, Barbara Kozak of Bethlehem; nephews, John Kozak, Jr. of East Greenville; Raymond Kozak and Daniel Kozak both of Bethlehem; many grand nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Michael and John Kozak, Sr. and sisters, Anna and Mary Kozak.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Holy Saviour Cemetery, 2575 Linden St. Bethlehem. Connell Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
Memorial Contributions may be made to a Veterans Association.
