Theresa K. Bedics

Theresa K. Bedics, 91, of Bethlehem, passed away on Earth Day, April 22, 2014 due to complications from a stroke. Born on October 5, 1922, she was the only daughter of Stephen and Theresa (Zisko) Kotich. She was married to William J. A. Bedics for 67 years.

After graduating from Liberty High School, she worked at the main lab of the Bethlehem Steel. Theresa became a beautician and went on to get a teaching degree in cosmetology. She was an excellent cook and baker. Theresa was a member of St. Joseph Slovenian Catholic Church, Croatian Society and Windish Hall.

She is survived by her husband William; sons, Joseph and his wife, Mary Ellen of Hanover Twp.; Daniel of Bethlehem; Edward W. and his wife, Darlene of Freemansburg; three grandchildren, Tiffany Hudock, Jolene Hahn and Kelsey Bedics and two great grandchildren, Alyse and Grace Hudock. Theresa was predeceased by her brothers, George and Steve Kotich.

According to Theresas wishes, services will be private.
