Theresa M. Pahootski

Theresa M. Pahootski, 90, longtime resident of Miller Heights, died on Tuesday, October 26, 2010.

She was born in Sugar Notch, PA.

Theresa worked as a seamstress for several local factories. She was also a member of the I.L.G.W.U.

She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Miller Heights.

Theresa was a charter member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Bethlehem Twp. Vol. Fire Co. She was also a member of the Autumn Seniors Club, St. Simon and Jude Seniors and Busy Bees Clubs; lifetime member of the Bethlehem Seniors Club and Art Group as well as founding member of the Pulaski Foundation of Bethlehem.

Theresa was proud to make presentations about her Polish heritage to local schools and nursing homes.

She volunteered her time at both the Polish Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa and The Sun Inn.

Theresa is will be dearly missed by her friends as well as her nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem 18018 on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 from 8-9:30 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 1817 First St. Bethlehem PA 18020. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the church.
