Thomas B. Hallman, Sr.

Thomas B. Hallman, Sr., 88, of Bethlehem, died on Monday, October 5, 2009 at Old Orchard Manor Care in Easton. He was born in Slatington, PA the son of the late Lillian Hallman Rohrbach. He was the loving husband of the late Minnie N. Hallman who died last month on September 7th. They celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary last October.

Thomas worked at Bethlehem Steel for 35 years as a crane operator. He served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army. He was a member of St. Thomas United Church, of the USW and Grouse Hall Rod-n-Gun Club in Ironton.

Survivors: Thomas will be lovingly remembered by his sons, Thomas B. Hallman, Jr. and his wife, Catherine, Jerry D. Hallman and his wife, Stephanie, daughter, Diane Gergar, brothers, Ernie and Jerry, sisters, Lucille, Nancy and Loretta his five grandchildren, Richard, Susan, Taylor, Tyler and Brett and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Ronnie, Frank and Kenny.
