Thomas Gori

Thomas J. Gori, 69, of Bethlehem, died on Thursday, June 19, 2008 at the Hospice House of the VNA of St. Luke's.

He was born in Fountain Hill, the son of Mary Gori and the late John V. Gori.

Thomas was preceded in death by his loving wife of 47 years Rachel M. Gori.

He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force in Air Force Security Command during the cold war.

He retired from the military after 21 years of service as a Master Sergeant.

Thomas later retired from the Allentown Housing Authority in 2006.

He will be lovingly remembered by his sons, James Gori and his wife Tanya of Fountain hill and their daughter Sara and Steven Gori and his wife Lisa of Blakeslee and their children, Ashley and Jake.

Thomas was an avid bass fisherman.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday June 24, 2008 from 5-7PM at Connell Funeral Home, Inc. 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem with a service to immediately follow in the funeral home officiated by Rev. Dr. Robert C. Santucci.
