Vera Stoiancheff

Vera Stoiancheff, 81, of Allentown, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024. She was born on August 15, 1942, in Macedonia.

Vera was exceptionally beautiful, vivacious and full of life. She loved to dance—especially with her late husband, Boris and her two daughters. Vera also loved her beautiful home, fashion, singing, and traveling. She was an expert in sales—she worked for Hess’s, where she sold furs and men’s clothes. Vera was also a faithful member of St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church, Bethlehem.

She will be lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Maria and Belinda; nephews, Marjan and Spire; and extended family in Europe.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, Boris; and her brothers and sisters.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, February 4, 2024, from 6-9:00 p.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 with a Panikhida Service beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Another viewing will be held on Monday, February 5, 2024, from 10-11:00 a.m. at St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church, 980 Bridle Path Rd., Bethlehem, PA 18017 with a funeral service beginning at 11 a.m. in the church. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
