Virginia Mae Schleppy

Virginia M. "Jean" Schleppy, 77, of Bethlehem, died on March 27, 2012.

She was born May 6, 1934; daughter of the late John and Jennie Radgowski Hanzlik.

Jean was well known as a waitress in Bethlehem area restaurants due to her exceptional service and courteous approach to the friends she served and as co-owner of Schleppy's Luncheonette in Freemansburg.

Jean will be lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of 46 years, Charles Schleppy; her children, Peter Korpics, Jr.; Terry Kemmerer; Kerry Korpics; Charles Schleppy and Greg Schleppy; her step children, Linda, Tina and Kevin Schleppy; 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; her brother, Edward Hanzlik and sister Linda Scott.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Eleanor Bowers.
