Vitor M. Brito, 39, of Bethlehem died Friday, April 27, 2018. Born February 9, 1979 in Arcos de Valdevez, Portugal he was the son of Custodia Rodrigues and Manuel Brito of Bethlehem.
Vitor was a 1998 graduate of Liberty High School where he was a 1000 point scorer for the Liberty High School basketball team. He worked as a construction worker throughout the Lehigh Valley. Vitor was a member of the Portuguese American Club, Puerto Rican Club and the Antlers Association.
He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, son, Tiago Brito, siblings, Grace Brito, Paula Ferreira and husband Jose, Jose Brito and wife Natalia, Maria Brito and husband Nelson Albino, Fatima Pacheco and husband Ray, and Ana Brownell and husband Ryan, several nieces, nephews and extended family members in Portugal and France.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 5-9 PM and again on Wednesday from 8:30-9:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Infancy Catholic Church 312 E. 4th St., Bethlehem, PA 18015 at 10 AM. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Manuel Brito in order to set up a fund for Vitors son Tiago. Contributions may be mailed to Connell Funeral Home.
