Viva Viola Coleman

Viva Viola Coleman, 93, of Bethlehem, died on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Clifton, PA; daughter of the late William and Jennie (Swayze) Kehley. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Regis Coleman, Sr., a former City of Bethlehem Assistant Fire Chief.

Viva dedicated her life to her family. She was a parishioner of Notre Dame of Bethlehem.

She will be dearly missed by her sons, James, Jr.; Charlie; and Larry; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Viva was preceded in death by husband, George Rowe, who was killed in action during the Battle of the Bulge.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 10:00-10:30 a.m. at Notre Dame of Bethlehem Catholic Church, 1861 Catasauqua Rd. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow. Burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery.
