Walter Beilfuss

Walter Beilfuss, 78, of Bethlehem Township, PA died Monday, August 6, 2012 in his home. Born January 9, 1934 in Philadelphia he was the son of the late Maybelle (Heydorn) and Walter G. Beilfuss. He was married to Jeanette Beilfuss.

Walter proudly served his country in the US Navy during the Korean War. He worked as a pipefitter and mechanic for many different companies such as Rohm and Haas Chemical Company, Zenith Electronics, Gould Brown Boveri (ITE), Solid State Scientific, Inc., American Electronic Laboratories, Deja-Vu Mechanicals, Ford Electronics and Refrigeration and also A-Treat Bottling Company.

Walter is survived by his wife, Jeanette Beilfuss, daughters, Linda Saylor and Lorna Ambrus, brother, David Beilfuss and wife Karen, grand daughter, Victoria wife of Michael Scheerer, Jr., great grandchildren, Kaitlin and Brennen Scheerer, Stepson, Bill Brosky and step daughter, Rebekah Brosky.

He was precededin death by his first wife, Joan Beilfuss and step daughter, Rachael Brosky.



SERVICES

A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 12, 2012 at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018 from 7-9 PM with a service to celebrate Walter's life at 8 PM. Burial with military honors will be held on Monday, August 13, 2012 at Cedar Hill Memorial Park Cemetery at 10 AM.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Walter's name to Wounded Warrior Project
