Wanda G. Scheetz

Wanda G. (Althouse) Scheetz, 71, of Bethlehem, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 16, 2023, at St. Lukes HospitalFountain Hill.

Born on May 8, 1951, in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Ray and Joyce (Fogle) Althouse.

After joining the workforce at a young age, Wanda enjoyed her job as a packager with Just Born for over 30 years before retiring.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband: James H. Scheetz, Sr., who died on March 11, 2009; one brother: Todd Althouse; and two sisters: Pam Makowsky and Donna Sedlock.

Wanda will be lovingly remembered by her son: James Scheetz, Jr. (Deanna); sister: Bonnie Fritchey; grandchildren: Shaine, Anastacia, and Joel Scheetz; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00am Friday, March 24, 2023, in Hellertown Union Cemetery, 85 Main Street, Hellertown, PA 18055. Those wishing to attend the service should meet at the entrance of the cemetery.

Arrangements are under the care of the Connell Funeral Home, Inc., Bethlehem.
