William A. Bosak

William A. Bosak, of Bethlehem, died in Gracedale Nursing Home, Nazareth, PA on Monday, April 17, 2017. He was 85 years old. Born on April 23, 1931 in Bethlehem, PA, he was the son of the late Paul and Erma (Shifter) Bosak.

Bill graduated from Liberty High School in 1949. Bill served in the U.S. Navy. He worked for Bethlehem Iron Works and later as a bus driver for Bethlehem Area School District. He was the financial secretary for the Bethlehem Panthers A.A. for over 50 years. He loved bowling, hunting and watching his grandchildren play various sports. Bill was a member of St. Johns Windish Lutheran Church, Bethlehem, PA.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 58 years, Anna Marie (Olay) Bosak; sons, William P. Bosak and Jeffrey Bosak and his wife Michelle, of Bethlehem and 4 grandchildren, Jared, Brett, Carly and Alejandra, all of Bethlehem. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Paul and Edward Bosak.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. A service will begin at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Center for Animal Health and Welfare, 1165 Island Park Rd. Easton, PA 19042 in Bills name.
