William C. Cunningham

William C. Cunningham, 94, of Bethlehem, died on Wednesday, August 14, 2013. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Harry and Carolyn (Miller) Cunningham. He was the loving husband of the late Rose Byrne Cunningham who died in 2002. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Margaret (Kristofik) Cunningham, who died in 1986; and his sister, Josephine Gunn.

He was employed by the Bethlehem Steel and retired after 46 years. He was a faithful parishioner of St. Annes Catholic Church, Bethlehem, where he served as an usher for many years. He was a member of the MORA Bowling League, the senior group at Holy Ghost Church, and a 50 year man of the Malvern Retreat.

He is survived by his sister, Sister Charles Teresa of St. Josephs Villa, Flourtown; and nieces & nephews.

Visitation will be held in the St. Annes Church on Monday August 19 from 10 to 11 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow. Burial will be at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Annes Catholic Church, 450 Washington Ave. Bethlehem, PA 18017.
