William F. Gray

William F. Gray, Jr., 58, formerly of Bethlehem, PA, passed away April 4, 2013 in Mount Dora, FL. Bill was born April 1, 1955 in Neptune, NJ to William F. Gray, Sr. and Dorothy (VanCleaf) Gray.

A graduate of Moravian College, Bill's work life included retail sales as well as teaching in the Lake County Florida school system.

Bill loved sports, whether participating, coaching or as a spectator. He was involved for many years with North Central Little League in Bethlehem, PA. He was a huge fan of the New York Yankess and the New York Giants.

In addition to his parents, Bill is survived by Candice (Hacket) Gray, son, William David Gray, daughter, Meggie Lynn Gray, sisters, Debbie (James) Nickels of Fair Haven, NJ and Karen (Bruce Ferguson) Gray of Blacksburg, VA, Godmother, Angela Anthony of West Long Branch, NJ and Godfather, Richard "Bubby" Acerra of Jackson, NJ. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Bill was predeceased by his beloved father-in-law, David J. "Doc" Hacket.

A gathering will be held at Connell Funeral Home 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 on Sunday, April 28, 2013 from 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 29, 2013 at St. Anne's Catholic Church 450 Washington Ave., Bethlehem, PA 18017 at 10 AM.

Donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
