William J. Prebosnyak

William J. Prebosnyak, 81 , of Hellertown, PA

died on Sunday, May 3, 2009 at St. Luke's VNA Hospice House, Bethlehem.

He was born in Bethlehem, and was the son of the late Frank and Julia Triber Prebosnyak and the widow of the late Irene Fritchman Prebosnyak who died in 1989.

William worked at the former Bethlehem Foundry as a welder retiring in 1989 after 44 years service. He served his country during WW II in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Hellertown American Legion, the Dewey Fire Company, North End Wanders A. A. and the Hellertown Sportsman Club. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

William will be lovingly remembered by his son Robert W.Prebosnyak and his wife Kathryn of Bethlehem, three grandchildren, Michael Prebosnyak and his wife Mary of Bethlehem Township, Scott Prebosnyak and his wife Suzane of Whitehall and granddaughter Sherri Rogalla and her husband Patrick of DeForest , WI, and six Great Grandchildren. William is predeceased by his parents, wife, six brothers, Frank, Joseph, Ernest, James, John and Stephen Prebosnyak and three sisters, Anna Christ, Helen Kranch, and Mary Mast.
