William R. Zavecz

William R. Zavecz, 70, of Bethlehem, died on Thursday, July 7, 2016. He was born in Allentown, the son of the late William F. and Helen A. (Sarko) Zavecz. William was a graduate of Liberty High School and Bethlehem Business School where he achieved perfect attendance in both schools. He was a member of the Liberty High School American Legion Band as a trumpet player and a member of the Municipal Band. He enjoyed traveling and visited all 48 continental United States. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He was a parishioner of Holy Infancy Catholic Church.

A Funeral Service will be held 10:30 am on Tuesday July 12, 2016 at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem. Visitation will be from 9:30am until the time of the service in the funeral home. Burial with full military honors will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem.
