We at Connell Funeral Home view our role in promoting togetherness and empathy in very holistic ways. Likewise, in the way we seek to empower people and associated friends and loved ones throughout healing or aging journeys, chronic or cognitive illness, or even in celebrating the memory of a loved one.

A Careopolis is an online “caring community”. It is quick and easy to create, for engaging friends and family members around loved ones. A Careopolis is private, invitation-only, mobile-friendly and bilingual (English & Spanish). It is created and operated by you and your invited loved ones and contains an interactive storytelling solution, collaboration calendar, photo-sharing tools, community blog and more.

The integrated tools and content work altogether to enhance the texture and durability of how loved ones become and remain:
